That's the plan I used when I made my freighter alt. Only took about 15 days or so with optimized attributes. Even went ahead and trained it to pilot transports as well and it didn't take all that much longer.

Try Gallente as the CEO alt. You can get high attributes for the corp and trade skills when you need to train them, as well as start with Corp Management 5 and Ethnic Relations 4.
